Sherre Wilson Rdn Ldn’s Expertise I’m looking for opportunities to maximize my skills and share my knowledge. At the end of the day I also want to feel that what I’ve done has positively impacted someone’s life. I love a challenge, and constantly strive to increase my knowledge in new and different areas. After 24 years at Vanguard, I decided to leave and pursue my love of nutrition. I completed an online program to become a certified health coach while also attending Immaculata University to complete requisite science and nutrition classes. This didactic program qualified me to complete a dietetic internship which consisted of 1200 hours in various roles and levels of responsibility. It opened my eyes to the possibilities available to me as a registered dietitian, and I found areas of interest I never thought I would. I made this career change because I want to feel that what I do makes a difference. I enjoy the opportunity to work with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and live their best life. Whether it is counseling one on one, delivering a webinar, or providing medical nutrition therapy for a newly diagnosed issue, I am comfortable knowing I have the expertise needed to deliver the information and it is ultimately going to have a positive impact. I consider myself to be very organized and professional as well as honest and ethical. Additional strengths include strong presentation, and communication skills. Areas of expertise include: Health coaching Weight management Sports nutrition Medical nutrition therapy Kidney disorders Gastrointestinal issues including Celiac Disease HIV
